Existing-user access

Personal accounts, private comparisons, Workspace and Teams are under review while we improve the public tools. Existing data and authorization boundaries are preserved. Subscriptions and credit top-ups are unavailable.

Your existing tools

Account, recovery and API keys · Private comparisons · Saved reports · Advanced comparison preview · Teams pilot

These features depend on identity and execution services and may be unavailable. Public tools work independently of sign-in.

Legacy credits and limits

Confirmed accounts receive 100 free credits per UTC calendar month. The accounting conversion is 500 credits per EUR of provider usage, not a cash price or a purchase offer. Free credits reset monthly; existing paid credits do not expire.

Maximum hold vs. settled charge

A run reserves its maximum cost before dispatch. Settlement rounds positive provider usage up to whole credits: ceil(provider_cost_in_eur × 500), with a minimum one-credit charge for positive billable usage and zero credits for zero-cost usage. Unused holds are released after usage is confirmed; unresolved charges retain their hold. Charged failures can still consume credits.

For example, €0.00044 provider usage settles to one credit, equivalent to €0.002 of usage under this policy. The minimum therefore affects very cheap runs. A 100-credit allowance funds at most 100 minimum-charge runs, or fewer when runs cost more. Studio caps each model completion at 512 tokens.
