Scope and availability

RunLog provides tools for estimating model costs, comparing model responses and integrating agent reliability checks. Product access depends on configured services and your active entitlement. A preview, simulation or estimate is not a measured production result. Model output can be incorrect and must be reviewed before use.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials private, use only accounts and systems you are authorized to access, and do not abuse the service or submit prohibited content to upstream providers. You are responsible for reviewing prompts, generated content and integration behavior.

Payments and cancellation

The checkout displays the applicable price, currency, billing interval and provider terms before purchase. If checkout is unavailable, no purchase can be completed through that link. For cancellation, billing questions or refund requests, contact hello@runlog.cc with the checkout email and receipt reference. Do not include payment card details or API keys. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

Consulting and support

The €750 diagnostic is a separate consulting purchase through Gumroad; review its listed scope and terms before paying. No response-time or service-availability guarantee is stated on this page. Questions about the service provider or contractual terms should be resolved with support before purchase.
